We share your personal information with the hospital where your surgery is performed, our billing provider to process your bills, and your pharmacy. In addition, we may share your information with a referring physician.

WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH ANY UNAFFILIATED 3RD PARTY. WE WILL NOT SELL YOUR INFOMATION. WE WILL NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION FOR MARKETING PURPOSES.
